Is Shansillage perfume long lasting?

Where is Shansillage perfume made?
All Shansillage perfumes are handcrafted in India. We use premium ingredients including Indian Mysore sandalwood and combine traditional perfumery techniques with modern Haute Parfumerie standards. Each bottle represents artisanal quality and Indian luxury perfumery. Read more about our craft.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has 12-18% oil concentration and lasts 6-8 hours.
EDT (Eau de Toilette) has 5-12% concentration and lasts 3-5 hours.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4-7 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on all Rakshabandhan hampers across India. For complete details, visit our shipping policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available in late 2026. If you're located outside India and wish to send a gift to someone in India, please contact our Gifting Concierge for assistance.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to monitor your gift's journey in real-time.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every hamper comes in a premium gift-ready box with protective, eco-friendly packaging. The perfume bottle is multi-layer wrapped, and chocolates are temperature-controlled. No additional wrapping needed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items. Please notify us at concierge@shansillage.in within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened perfumes based on scent preference. Read our complete refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet entered the dispatch cycle. Email concierge@shansillage.in with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Some banks may take 2-3 additional days to process credits.
Gifting
Is Shansillage suitable for gifting?
Absolutely! We specialize in luxury gifting with curated hampers for Rakshabandhan, festivals, and special occasions. Each gift includes premium packaging, designer Rakhi (for Rakhi hampers), artisanal chocolates, and ceremonial elements. Perfect for brothers, family, and corporate gifting.
Can I customize my Rakhi gift hamper?

When should I order for Rakshabandhan 2026?
Our luxury Rakhi gift hampers launch on June 1, 2026. Pre-orders will be available starting May 2026. For guaranteed delivery before Rakshabandhan, we recommend ordering before July 20, 2026.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery will be available for select locations starting mid-2026. Currently, we accept online payment methods only.
