Privacy Policy

Shansillage (“we”) is a perfume house based in Chandigarh, India. This page explains what we collect when you use shansillage.in and when you pay for an order.

What we collect

• Contact and shipping details you type at checkout: name, email, phone, and address.
• The products and quantity in your order, and the amount paid.
• A payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or netbanking password. Razorpay processes the payment.
• A shopping cart saved in your browser until you complete or clear it.
• If analytics is enabled, a page-view measurement from Google Analytics. It is off unless a measurement ID is configured on the server.

Why we use it

We use your details to take payment, pack and ship the order, send a receipt when email delivery is configured, and answer a question you send to info@shansillage.in. We do not sell your information.

Who else receives it

Razorpay receives the payment and the order notes (your name, contact, address, and items) so the charge can be matched to a delivery. A courier receives the shipping address when the order is dispatched. If email is enabled, Resend delivers the receipt to you and a copy to us.

How long we keep it

Order details stay with the payment record for as long as we need them for dispatch, tax, and support. Your browser cart stays on your device until you remove it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about an order, ask us to correct a shipping address before dispatch, or ask us to delete a message you sent. Email info@shansillage.in with your order ID. We will still keep what tax or payment rules require.
