Complimentary Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Rakshabandhan hampers across India. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. Your gift of affection deserves nothing less than complete transparency.
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During the peak Rakhi season (June–August 2026), we recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance to ensure timely delivery for the auspicious occasion.
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on weekdays will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to monitor your gift's journey in real-time. You'll know exactly when your brother's Rakhi hamper is out for delivery.

Special Delivery Instructions
If you need your Rakhi hamper delivered on a specific date or have special delivery instructions (office address, security gate codes, etc.), please mention these details in the "Order Notes" section during checkout.
For guaranteed delivery on Rakshabandhan day, we recommend ordering before July 20, 2026.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available in late 2026. If you're located outside India and wish to send a Rakhi hamper to your brother in India, please contact our Gifting Concierge at concierge@shansillage.in for assistance with payment and delivery coordination.
